•Position: Commercial Lawn Crew Member, Snow Removal Truck Operator, and  General Laborer
​
•Compensation: $22-24 for those with experience and
$19-$21 for those without 

​

•Summer Hours: Tuesday-Friday 32-40 hours a week with some Mondays  (Months: April-November)
​
•Winter Hours: Paid for being on call doing snow removal with some miscellaneous work throughout the winter season (Months: November-March)

​

•Dental Plan and Health Insurance: Available to our qualifying full time employees
​
-This person must have a good driving record, reliable transportation, be able to work outside all times of the year, be able to perform all manual labor needed, be able to walk for a few hours a day, and have a good attitude. This person needs to be able to follow directions, pay attention to detail, operate equipment and drive a small truck with a 18ft trailer SAFELY. 
​
-You will learn how to operate all equipment safely and efficiently in this position and learn how to work as a team with our crew. Around 70% of our summer season work is riding zero turn lawn mowers. We do no bag any lawn clippings, making our job very easy!
