​•Position: Commercial Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Trainee
​
•Compensation: $19.00 for training - $22.00-$23.00 after  training is completed

​

•Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 32-40 hours a week

(Months: April-November)​

•Winter Hours: Potentially paid for being ON CALL doing snow removal. Shifts are typically 3pm-11pm. There is some miscellaneous work throughout the winter season as well if there is no snow in the forecast. All local work and no travel involved. Requires good driving record.

(Months: December-February)​ 
​
-You will learn how to operate all equipment safely and efficiently in this position and learn how to work as a team with our crew. Around 70% of our summer season work is riding zero turn lawn mowers. We do no bag any lawn clippings, making our job very easy!
