​•Position: Commercial Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Trainee
​
•Compensation: $22-24 for those with experience and
$19-$20 for those without 

​

•Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 32-40 hours a week. All local work and no travel involved.

(Months: April-November)
​

•Winter Hours: Paid for being ON CALL doing snow removal. Shifts are typically 3pm-11pm. There is some miscellaneous work throughout the winter season as well if there is no snow in the forecast. All local work and no travel involved.

(Months: November-February)

-This person must have a good driving record, reliable transportation, pass a background check, be able to work outside all times of the year, perform all manual labor needed, walk for a few hours a day, and above all have a good attitude with great communication skills. This person needs to be able to follow directions, pay attention to detail, operate equipment and drive a small truck with a 20ft trailer SAFELY. 
​
-You will learn how to operate all equipment safely and efficiently in this position and learn how to work as a team with our crew. Around 70% of our summer season work is riding zero turn lawn mowers. We do no bag any lawn clippings, making our job very easy!
